Welcome to Grassroots 2018 ! We are an independent Jewish collective created by self-inclusion and a welcoming spirit. We are of many denominations and none, and we love working out how to walk the path together.

Each year the 400 of us who create Grassroots Jews gather to be inspired by each other. We invest financially, and with our minds, hands and time, and we're motivated by an annual goal of creating meaningful experiences during Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.

2018 is the tenth Grassroots. Since we began in 2009, our numbers have quadrupled. New friends are always welcome - all you have to do is register, and we'll be in touch.

We make space for our own diversity: On a morning at GRJ Rosh Hashanah you'll likely find meditation, discussion, multi-gender partnership & egalitarian services, a kitchen crew, interactive games, installation art, discussions, kids' activities, a community-sourced potluck lunch and maybe something you have up your sleeve, all nestling happily side by side.

In 2018 the High Holy Days are: Rosh Hashana Monday 10th and Tuesday 11th September, & Yom Kippur is Wednesday 19th September. Once you're a GRJ2018 member, you'll have free entry to all our activities.
