Come and get into your body, deepen your presence, find the balance between body, mind and emotion & have fun in a state of deep playfulness!
We have two THRILLING workshops for the Sunday afternoon.
This, later workshop is led by Ailon Freedman. Even though we are focusing on deep spiritual work during this period, we also need to ensure we don’t take ourselves too seriously. The art of gentle humour and being able to laugh with/at ourselves is deep wisdom indeed.
This introductory workshop will help us connect to the playful aspect of ourselves using group exercises, without any solo performing. Come and discover your imagination, creativity and meet your “inner fool”!
Once again, we are grateful and delighted to have a wonderful guest teacher to lead us. Ailon has been “busy with comedy” for more than 20 years as student, performer and teacher. He believes that the practice of laughter-therapy in any form deepens emotional intelligence, reduces stress and makes us nicer to be around He creates a safe, nurturing space for nervous beginners as well
