This time of year is for turning and returning to the core of our selves. Hand drumming has long been used as a passionate practice for connecting deeply and joyfully with each other and ourselves. Join us for a drumming journey with Ailon Freedman, a highly experienced drummer, teacher, and GRJ2016 Member, who has found drumming a wonderful way to meditate and express for 20 years. West African drumming is reputedly the oldest form of communal music making as well as a powerful way for a group to share their spirit together.
Drums provided- no experience necessary.
