GRJ2018 is fully booked!
Dear fabulous friends,
Grassroots Jews 2018 Registration is now fully booked (hurrah!)
We're sorry you won't be able to join us this year and wish you a shana tova and joyous and meaningful High Holidays.
If you are still looking for a place to go to for the high holidays, email us at email@example.com and we will send you a recommendation for another lovely minyan.
Places at Grassroots 2018 are strictly non-transferable. (This means that you can't show up on the day and say you want to use your friend's place. This is our policy because it would not be fair to the people who were told they could not book because it was already full).
In our hearts of hearts, we don't want to sound officious or unwelcoming ... but we hope you understand we do have a responsibility with regard to fire safety regulations. We will strictly not be able to allow entrance to anyone who has not registered in advance.
How does It all work?
Registering for Participation:
£45 Standard Registration for Both Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur are for those of us who are aged 16-65, and non-concession. One can also register separately for Rosh Hashanah (for £30 per participant ) and Yom Kippur (for £30 per participant)
£20 Concession Registration (or £12 for each event) is strictly for those of us who are full time students, carers or homemakers, unemployed, receiving Job Seekers Allowance, Disability Living Allowance, or Personal Independence Payment, or Retired and aged 65+.
FREE Participation is for those of us who are 15 years old and younger , and must be registered by a paying member. Hooray!
Volunteer Rota Shift Participation: New for 2018
We also ask that as well as a financial contribution, all members are being asked to sign up to a one or two hour volunteer rota shift ( such as kitchen crew, welcome desk, set up help etc). Each person who joins our community is being asked to sign up to a Volunteer Shift on EITHER Rosh Hashana OR Yom Kippur.
